Our Assessment Process…
The goal is that both you and your child are comfortable with the process...
Step 1 - Meet the Parent(s)
Parent Interview – this is not only for us but for you to get to know us as well.
Step 2 - Work with Student
Classroom Observations, Build relationship with student, Assessment, etc.
Step 3 - Information Gathering
From Teachers, Staff, outside agency that may work with student, school records, etc.
Step 4 - Report Writing
Analyze and consolidate all the data
Step 5 - Review Assessment
Provide parent with report and review assessment with parent(s).
Step 6 - Education Plan Meeting
Individual Education Plan Meeting is scheduled with parent and school.
